Our Objectives

International Netball Festival Inc is proud to bring you this netball competition for netball players around the globe and the community.  We have selected a renowned location being the Gold Coast, Australia for this event and we are very proud to host this event annually for players from all around the world.

It is held in April each year usually during the Easter school holidays.

International Netball Festival Inc welcomes everybody and is open for all nationalities to attend.

The four day Netball Festival will give the players a good amount of time to bond as a team and with coaches and to also make new friends around the world.

Our objectives are to:

  • support the local netball communities by encouraging netballers to come to the Festival from around the world
  • provide team bonding and personal growth
  • bond with other netballers from around the world
  • have the opportunity to participate in top international netball competition
  • support netballers to build their netball skills as individuals and as a team with a Netball Clinic
  • gain knowledge by seeing how netballers from other countries train and play
  • promote netball to be an exciting sport to play with international options to strive for
  • create volunteer coaching and mentoring programs for netballers internationally
  • bond with teachers, coaches and their team, not only by playing netball but by living and travelling together
  • experience a trip of a lifetime by visiting countries of a different culture
  • experience travelling and living as a group

This Festival is an experience of a lifetime for all involved.

We are really looking forward to seeing you all there for building better netball teams and creating closer cultural and ethnic bonds.

Players play at their own risk

"The 2016 INF was again a superb experience for our girls. This was our third International Netball Festival and we will continue to support this event as it provides quality competition, a comprehensive list of itinerary options and the staff are always only too happy to assist. We have found the whole tour process to be extremely well catered, organised and professional. The staff provide excellent communication and flexibility for our frequent requests. The parents and players have been very appreciative of the efforts of all concerned in making this an unforgettable experience. Thanks to all and see you in the near future!"

“It was a fantastic preseason warm up. I have noticed that all the girls who attended are netball ready at training and at our first grading games, compared to those that did not attend. The girls loved playing at the International Netball Festival Gold Coast and have now made some awesome friends. This is a testament to the girls, organisers and clubs”
– Bunbury Cathedral Grammar School, WA

"Everything was so well organised, it made our trip even more enjoyable. On behalf of Te Wharekura o Ruatoki, we would like to thank everyone who helped organised the event as well the itineraries for the overseas teams.  We sincerely appreciate all the hardwork you all did and will definitely see you all again in the next two years.
So from us to you, here's a big thank you and cheers."

"Thanks for organising such a wonderful tournament. The girls had a fantastic time. Everyday was exciting and lots of fun so well done. Our one bit of feedback from the girls…… the best sports trip they have ever been on. As a coach I thought the level of netball and umpiring was excellent and the tournament was played in such good spirit. Thanks again. We are all still buzzing!"
– Carmel College, NZ

"I just wanted to say a big ‘THANK YOU’ for all your help leading up (and during) the netball tournament. Our girls had a fantastic time away. We have had heaps of fantastic comments from them. Thanks again, and keep up the great work."

"Carmel College won the North Harbour competition this year for the first time since 1997. Us attending the International Netball Festival Gold Coast at the start of the year played such a big part in that!"
